Happy Autumn Equinox Friends!

What a special day! There are only two days each year when the daylight and the nighttime are perfectly balanced. Today, there is the same amount of light and the same amount of dark.
Wherever you are, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale slowly, think of three things you are grateful for.
Three things that you would miss if they were not in your life.
You might think of your favorite food, place, person, pet, book, toy, or maybe a beautiful tree in your neighborhood.
Think of those three extraordinary things in your life as you fill your heart with gratitude.
Autumn Equinox is also a time to harvest our crops in the Northern Hemisphere and plant seeds in the Southern Hemisphere.
Take a few moments to write down three goals or intentions for yourself.
Goals/Intentions
Imagine yourself three months from now; where would you like to be?
Who would you like to be with?
What would the 'future you' feel proud of?
How do you feel in three months?
You may want to learn how to do something new.
Perhaps your goal is to wake up in the morning when your alarm sounds without pressing snooze.
You may want to find time to exercise daily.
You may be ready to commit to taking one minute per day to breathe deep and practice being grateful.
Whatever you write down, consider it done as you imagine 'future you' smiling.
